I started designing homes in the early 90’s. I know what it means to have plans that one can actually build from. As a former carpenter and General Contractor, I know that just because a plan can be drawn and engineered, it doesn’t mean it can be built. Often times, the conceptual design is not realistic. I can guide you through the computer generated 3D process of making sure once your plans are approved you will understand and be confident with the design.

For over 40 years, Roger Shafer has served as a General Contractor, and has built homes from his own designs. He has worked with numerous plans designed by others, and he knows how hard they are to build from if they aren’t complete. In addition, he has served many years as a home inspector, so he has acquired practical knowledge about homes that architects rarely get while sitting in an office.
